BEST TIME TO VISIT & TRAVEL TO PHILADELPHIA

Philadelphia's weather is very similar to that of New York. It's changeable, with moderate precipitation all year, heat waves in the summer and cool weather in the winter and early spring. Snow is concentrated in winter months (it snows less in Philadelphia than in New York).

Late-spring - May, June – or late-summer and early-fall – September, October – are excellent months for visiting Philadelphia.


WHEN NOT TO GO TO PHILADELPHIA

Avoid the winter months, as temperatures may reach very low levels. 
Humidity and high temperatures may turn July and August days uncomfortable, despite the moderating influence of the Lake Erie in the region.
