WHAT TO VISIT IN CARSON, NEVADA
Though less then Reno (or Vegas) Carson City activity revolves around gaming and tourism (Carson is near Lake Tahoe, a major north-american ski resort). Carson's downtown has some excellent historic museums (namely Nevada State Museum) and the classical Nevada's easy wedding chapels and easy divorce courts.
BEST TIME TO TRAVEL TO CARSON, NEVADA
Summer is the high season in Carson City and in the region, in close connection with the Tahoe Lake pole and the gaming activity.
But... if you want to ski in Carson City's surroundings, then the best months to visit Carson are November through May.
Don't forget that accommodation and services prices attain higher levels in the high season months, and also in Memorial Day and Labour Day, New Year's Eve and Thanksgiving periods.
WHEN NOT TO GO TO CARSON, NEVADA
